Jammu Kashmir will witness rains and possible snowfall in hilly areas till Thursday evening, said a Weather Office official. The official said that weather will remain cloudy till next 36 hours while there are ample chances that plains may witness light rain while there may be snowfall in hilly areas. This winter, Kashmir Valley witnessed a dry spell during 40 days of harsh winter called ‘Chillai Kalan.’
